An app for people who love good design and minimalism. It is simple, yet intuitive and fully functional. The app helps you focus on the task instead of distracting your attention away with a million options. It has the most useful functions built into the design. I would say that it’s the closest thing to a notebook in the sense that a notebook serves a purpose, and serves it very well, without creating opportunities for distractions. Thanks for making this!

Found this to be great on IOS and no problems syncing btw and iPhone and iPad. I use it daily to log just about everything. Its one of the fastest tools I've ever found to do so. I was very happy to see a Mac version but have found the iCloud sysnc is very hit and miss with that. I pulls fine. It seems to mostly push new day records ok but often just doesn't push edits i make to the other devices so i have to edit again on the iphone and then the mac version pulls that back down fine.

There used to be (until a certain Apple upgrade) a very workable iPhone shortcut for adding fast date-and-time-stamped journal entries. No fancy backgrounds, no annoyingly cluttered extras, just simple accurate single-touch entries. When the shortcut ceased I searched high and low for a similar app, including several paid ones. None really did the job, quickly and clutter-free. Then I tried DayGram. It’s not perfect. I have to be in the right screen (out of two), select a new line and then hit the time-stamp before making the entry. But it’s still faster than anything else offered. A few minor things could be improved. A setting to allow 24h-clock as the default. Automatically setting a fresh line when opening the app. Maybe making numbers full size instead of lower case. But on the whole it’s refreshingly simple. Hopefully it will stay that way. The developer maybe uses it as a window for other, paid apps — which is a nice alternative to complexifying a simple app to justify making it paid. In spite of the minor niggles I’ve given it five stars (rather than 4) in the hope of getting the developer’s attention on the various points above.

I just wanted something that would allow multiple timestamped entries for each day. Used to be able to do that with a iOS SHortcuts script but not in the current iOS. This app does it, just. The time stamps aren’t automatic but easy enough to insert.There’s no free trial. It will allow printing and pdf and although it cloud-syncs apparently one has to pay again to access it on the Mac. Biggest grumble is the font size which, although adjustable, is basically small or very small (for me, too small to access clearly in a low light without my specs for instance as I wake up). Any iOS native zoom is disabled.

Sorry, but I found it no more use than any other way of recording notes. No real features to make it useful. The best feature was that I only wasted 89p, and deletion was easy.

A great app that I’ve used without problems for ages on iPhone and iPad but recently a bug has been introduced with an update. Previously, going into the app checked iCloud and a message informed you if there was a more up-to-date set of data on iCloud and gave you the options of using it or not. Now, no check is performed and nothing syncs. The only way around it that I’ve found is to go into settings, turn off iCloud sync and immediately turn it back on again. This seems to force a sync when you return to the text input. This is a real pain to do every single time and, if you forget, you overwrite previous data on the cloud. I’ve emailed the developers but has no response so I’ve sadly had to downgrade my rating of the app. I’ll put it back up again when I get a response and fix.

I only see the option to add favourites, but there is no way to view them separately, which is pointless. Or is there a way to view but I didn’t find? Thank you for making such good app.

I like this app. I like the simplicity and i can keep a timeline of events and interactions. It’s great. Problem is once I’ve set up preferences it keeps crashing and so I unusable.

Great idea but the app crashed after I turned on iCloud backup. Now I can’t even open the app.

App looks good, but every time I try to save an entry, it crashes...and then crashes evey time I try to reopen the app! I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but the same thing happens every time. Very disappointing 😕
