Se bloquea y llevo días sin poder acceder
Mala mala por favor ayuda
Cómo es posible?? Pongo bien mi DNI y contraseña y aún así no me deja entrar (800 intentos, en distintos días, me descargué la app de nuevo…). De verdad voy a tener que hacer una transferencia de 15 euros a una amiga para un regalo común? Soy la única persona que tiene que pedir IBAN a la gente…¿qué os pasa??
Malísima!!!
Falla muchas veces pero antes siempre conseguía entrar, sin embargo llevo una semana sin poder entrar para hacer Bizum, un desastre de aplicación 😡😡😡
Los contactos no se seleccionan y desaparecen
Después de la última actualización siempre que selecciono un contacto de la lista de contactos éste desaparece de dicha lista en vez de seleccionarse para enviar el Bizum.
La aplicación no responde
Desde la actualización no se puede clicar para aceptar los términos y queda totalmente inutilizable. Que clase de control de calidad ha pasado???

Tengo que inscribirme cada vez y algunos veces no funciona. 😡😡😡
Mala usabilidad
No sé porque son tres aplicaciones para hacer uso de la banca electrónica (Banca, Bizum y autentificador) sería mejor tener centralizadas las funciones en una sola app. Además, la interfaz parece del año 2000.
Ya no avisa
Hasta esta ultima actualización funcionaba correctamente el aviso de bizum recibido con un mensaje, con esta última actualización ha dejado de hacerlo y para saber si se ha recibido se debe de entrar en la app.
