Useless time wasting IVR and when you finally get someone you are left more irritated and confused. Bajaj Allianz has a pathetic reputation and DBS seems to have rightly chosen it partner in India .

Never seen this much worst bank, not conevrd all the transaction into single Emi and service wise worst and all are chargeable call numbers only
