While this new app is more convenient than the old website based platform, it rarely works as it should. What’s even worse, the bank has shut down the web platform, forcing customers to use this new app, before ensuring the app works properly. There are far too many bugs (at least in the English version); the app should never have been launched. For example, transfers are initiated, bank sends messages that transfers have been submitted, bank issues formal transfer order document; then after several days it’s discovered that transfers were not processed, bank does not contact customer in any way to notify them that transfers were unsuccessful, and then can’t even find a record of the initial request - despite the customer having an official funds transfer application form generated by the app. It’s very unsettling when a bank can’t properly track its customers’ money.
