DBS digibank - wealth

Kept logging me out saying that I was timed out. Very frustrating to use and big problem for trading. How can DBS claim their technology edge in wealth management with such an App. I hope their management can see this post.

This is the worst bank app I have ever encountered. It took me an hour to set up the initial registration, even with the help of the relation manager. Even with the help of the relationship manager, after an hour, I still cannot register. Not to mention that I have already spent one and a half hour staying in the bank in person to set up the bank account. It is totally absurd to spend another hour just to sign in some thing that have already been done in person in the bank. I think the IT department should completely revolve in order to improve that service of this app By the way, this is the third time I delete the app and reinstall again. Never know how this kind of app would ever exist.

… at least in respect to online banking and attitude.

Ever since the recent updates, I am unable to go beyond the summary page due to the time out issue. Please fix it ASAP.

Lots of times I encounter error messages and have to reboot the app. It does not seems to be of a huge bank like DBS.

It makes my iPhone hot!

Cannot launch the app even with fast WiFi and the latest device. Extremely disappointing experience to use this app. The technical team must work harder to fix this issue.

Server is unstable, error message surfaces at least once whenever I log into my account using the app, sometimes error messages keep repeating; Trading functionality is primitive like more than a decade ago; Bugs! There are bugs! “Order Status” is not displayed properly, and with missing orders, and the number of spreads away from current Ask/Bid allowed in placing orders for stocks (at least one stock I have confirmed) is not right........ I could never have imagined the biggest bank in Singapore delivers such quality in IT...... Utterly disappointing!
