Unable to log in
Unable to log since last week. What happened?
Worst apps ever for merchant
First is Lagging Second is need to relaunch every time Third is not even friendly to collect payment . Horrible apps by DBS
Buggy app
The app is only good for showing sales reports, but otherwise unable to process any other services such as refunds which was the selling point of the service when it first launched. Problem has been going on for months and nothing has been done to fix this issue.
Bugs around for months
Refund function has not been working for months. Will there be any updates to fix since using there’s a fee using this app.
Login problem
using 5g also cant login , what’s the problem ? Login too long time then show me ‘Error , your session has timed out’ solve the problem please.
Convenient but buggy app
Great for collection. You may need to kill the app and relaunch it SEVERAL times to check history or sweep money into bank account.

Nice app for QR collections, Refund & Sweep operations.
