You can’t pay fractional amounts (with cents) if your phone regional settings use comma “,” for splitter of integer and fractional parts. You can pay only integer amounts by this bugging app.

Worst app on my iPhone
I would not be a proud programmer / project manager if I were to write this app. You cannot even write the right amount of money (it cannot understand the comma and there is no way of writing a dot with the keyboard they give you when you want I to type the amount of money to pay).
Many IT issues, not serious at all
This App is full of IT issues. When you go to a DBS branch, the staff tells you that this is only an issue with my phone. All my friends have the same issues, the app blocks and is not stable. Even more dangerous: when you enter an amount to transfer, the app automatically adds « 00 » to the amount. Including PayNow and Paylah! This is not serious from a bank like DBS, and for a country which aims to go virtual with perfect tools.

Always not working!!!
This app wont even let me log in. I only successfully logged in ONCE in my 2 years using this app. Im not able to use my rewards because the app is 99.9% always not working.

Can’t close account as the app doesn’t allow me to select the reason
Not working after change of new phone
Called DBS hotline week ago and ask to check on email block setting for OTP and after 2 weeks call again and was told to wait up to 3 days to resolve issue but call back that in need to consent for them to check at their end to work on my email issues may take quite sometimes for their texh team Told the hotline if they working on their end why must I consent to above as this is not my email issue since all other digibank are working with same email Now wait again for their update

Compare to, network, Respone & merchant received acknowledgment are much faster then previously, great keep it up.
