Worst customer service
Never ever deal with Deem. Absolutely zero customer rights. They play all emotional tactics to sell the card. Really wonder why such a reputated company like Mubadala is running this credit card. Following up for 3 weeks to get credit card statement. Agent will not solve the issues nor transfer call to Manager. App shows no card details, as the card is temporarily blocked. Looting people in daylight. Never deal with such pathetic credit card companies
