The app makes great notes and places the note information into the correct area of the note. That is Ros in Ros. The app can get confused and place the provider’s answers in the note if they are medically related text. If a patient how you broke your leg, it may appear as if the patient is saying the information. Be verbal when examining the body, particularly if there is an issue. Announce a heart murmur when auscultated so the data is collected. Occasionally, extra Icd 10 codes slip in the notes so read the notes before closing them out. Overall a big time saver, and the app will catch what may have slipped your mind like a refill ask for by the patient. Overall worth the cost.

Since the recent app update, the delay between clicking on a patient's appointment and being able to initiate ambient listening has become unacceptably long. Additionally, after selecting the appointment, the app displays a new screen that states "Ready to record" and features a prominent red microphone button for initiating the recording. However, this screen does not actually allow recording until two to three seconds later, after the patient's name and appointment time have finished appearing at the top of the screen. When a busy healthcare provider sees the microphone button on the "Ready to record" screen, they naturally expect the app to be ready to record. Unfortunately, no recording occurs if they click the microphone button during the two to three second delay. The primary function of the app is to enable providers to capture ambient recordings as efficiently and effortlessly as possible. Please eliminate the 2-3 second delay and provide instant access to recording, as is standard with all other audio capture apps I have used.

I have been using product for 6 mo or more and it just gets better and betters. Saves me hours of documentation time. Highly recommend.

This app and service has been life changing. It is remarkably accurate but at the same time manages to write a succinct note that makes sense. It captures all the little thinks you discuss with the patients and the warnings you give. Much better note than I would write myself!

Asking 1000 bucks a month with a minimum 1 yr contract and no trial options. Also, doent scribe in real time but takes and hour to get the note entered.

DeepScribe is easy to use and has helped me finish my notes before I go home from the clinic!
