Defend Your Fortune game - Cover Yours, Steal Theirs, Make a Fortune!
In Defend Your Fortune card game stakes are high in this high-energy, competitive, and cut-throat, set-collection card game. Battle to become the first millionaire by collecting sets of assets.
Objective of the Defend Your Fortune game is to be the first player to reach a $1Million score.
Defend Your Fortune is the game played with 110 cards. It has 12 each of different Asset cards and 12 Wild cards.
Each player is dealt with 4 cards from the Deck. Cards are distributed in an anti-clockwise direction. After the Deal, remaining cards are placed faced down at the center of the Table, to form a Draw pile or Deck. Topmost card of the Draw pile is flipped over and placed face up next to the Draw pile, to form a Discard pile. Top card in the discard pile can be matched with an asset card or wildcard to make a pair.
12 different Asset cards are represented by Home, Jewels, Vintage Auto, Cash Savings, Coin collection, Stocks, Baseball cards, Bank Account, Stamp Collection, Piggy Bank. Home cards are 8 in numbers and all the other Assets cards are 10 in numbers. Wild cards are represented by Gold and Silver cards. These Asset cards and Wild cards are used to make a Pair. Single wild card can be used to make a pair of Asset cards. Wild cards will be hidden when placed on the Asset pile.
Gameplay continues in a Clockwise direction. One of the 4 actions can be performed in the Player's turn. Making a Pair from their Hand: Players may try to make a pair from their hand pile, either by placing 2 identical asset cards or an asset card and a Wild card from their Hand Pile. Each time when a player lays down a new pair, it is placed perpendicular to the prior set of assets, even if he has placed the same asset cards in their previous turn. Only 2 cards can be laid down together at a time even if you have more matching cards.
Round ends when all the player’s run out of the cards. This continues until one of the players reaches 1Million Asset value and that player is declared as Winner.

So much fun
I’ve played this with friends and found the app so I can practice and beat them the next time we play. It’s very fun and easy to play.
It’s good but needs a little update IMO
It’s definitely just like Grandpa Beck’s Cover Your Assets game but since they don’t have an app for the original one this will do. I play it almost daily, when my daughter is napping on me. If there’s 1 thing I can recommend/ ask if the creators of the app: when I start a game and have to choose the “amount/bet” it would be nice to have an option when you can click on the number and type in your bet manually. I have over 700k points/coins and I like to bet large amounts because it’s more fun that way but clicking the plus sign + over and over again until I can reach at least 25,000 coins to bet makes my thumb go tired and at that point takes the fun out of the app and I don’t feel like playing anymore. If you can add an option where players can type in their bet that’d be really helpful and time saving! I play literally everyday because I really like the original Grandpa Beck’s card game but I don’t always have people to play with so doing it in an app is really nice.
Impossible Scenarios
The game is predatory and routinely plays hands against you that are statistically impossible to encounter.
Stole coins, rules are different.
You only get 4 cards, and the game glitched and took my coins.

Very obvious copy of the Grandpa Beck card game ‘Cover Your Assets’, but overall well made app. Wish you could draw five cards at a time like the card game though!
Pretty good
Defend your Fortune, and obvious off-brand of Cover your Assets, takes the game well. My main problem is that the app is not available on Android phones, and since I am the only one of my friends who has an iPhone, I cannot play with them.
What noise???
Um I have the sound and the music turned off, yet there's an upbeat song playing and a sobbing women who occasionally yells "help" in the background THE ENTIRE GAME. What the heck is this?!?!
Direct copy of Cover Your Assets
Even searching for Cover Your Assets puts this at the top of the list. Poorly done too so it makes money off ads using the typical cookie cutter game engines people are churning out games with. I think you owe Uncle Beck some money. I would have rather payed for a game from them to not have all this garbage. It can be a fun game if done right.
