Can’t read messages or answer contacts

Watch keeps counting steps backwards. I will have over 5,000 by noon and then be down to 3,000 an hour or two later? Was impressed until l wasn’t.

As a fitness watch, you should be able to select or favorite your preferred sport activities, but as other reviews have mentioned, you cannot. It’s useless for its basic function. It also uses heart rate to determine calories, which is woefully inaccurate. I’m doing strengthening PT, but you work slowly but work muscles hard, so heart rate doesn’t rise, and it showed I burned 4 kcal in 30 minutes! The Blood Pressure isn’t sent to iOS Health because they don’t ask permission to be read! The sleep combines nightly awake and sleep time, but then sends that time incorrectly by 1-4 hours over! They told me to reset watch, which I did and it fixed nothing. If they fix these things, I’ll come back and update my review.

Not sure if it’s my app or watch, but I’m sure the heart rate should show as higher. The sleep chart also needs improvement. It only measures deep sleep but no REM. I find I don’t rely on the app much because I don’t trust the accuracy.

Terrible watch!! Got it for Xmas. Charger doesn’t work. Watch is dead. Today is !!!!!!!!January 24

Will not hold my current location for weather. It is good for about half hour then automatically goes to another location in the world. Also Bluetooth disconnects within about 20 feet.

I got this watch mainly to keep track of my daily step count. Everyday, step counts have disappeared or lowered or at times walking for more than 30 minutes at a time, steps weren’t counted. Watch is pretty but useless. Waste of money

The app keeps kicking me out of my current location and puts in me in a city with the same name across the country where I have never been. No way to change it in the app. Phone has location set to always and precise location. I have deleted the app twice and reloaded but it is only a temporary fix This is an error within the app.
