Great idea, when it works, but I really hope it improves.
This is a really good enterprise, which is let down by persistent inability to accept orders due to high demand (this has happened most nights this week) and drivers who cannot find destinations. It would also hugely benefit from accepting cards, which is apparently being addressed. The app is rather clunky in its listing of restaurant distance vice popularity as it doesn’t seem to remember your search settings. It is also unable to show you the driver’s location (needed when they can’t navigate to a pin). It does not allow you to preorder for a specified delivery time, which would be really useful if you don’t want to be let down at the last minute with the frequent closures due to high demand. It could also do with a back button facility so that you don’t have to re enter your search criteria if you don’t like a restaurant that you have looked at. You definitely should have a backup plan if you plan to use this service for a meal. If it improves then it could be great, but for now it needs work on both the app, the delivery capacity and driver training.
