Absolute garbage service - called after an hour and a half only to confirm that my order had been mixed up. Just terrible.

While I had a disappointing experience at fault of the restaurant I ordered from, delivery easy were incredibly efficient in their remedial process. Took seconds to send through my feed back, and they refunded the missing items with in several minutes, along with what they have advised the restaurant. Really appreciate this level of customer service, especially outside of the “9-5”. They clearly value their customer base. Ka pai!

Currently writing this as my food is delayed by 40 minutes, terrible service.

The order I received was ordered well past delivery time and I didn’t even get a hello from the driver. I was okay with that. Until I opened my bag of food and saw my order had been messed up and all of the food was cold. I went to eat the cheeseburger and started dry reaching from it. I couldn’t eat it at all it tasted off. The drinks were just water and they missed food. I then called up to complain so they re ordered the food that was missing plus drinks and cheeseburgers. Same issue with the drinks and cheeseburger. By this point I was just so frustrated I felt like they didn’t listen to me at all and I was completely put off my food and could not eat it. When I complained through the chat all I got was a sorry and here’s a free delivery discount code. I’m sorry but an entire meal was ruined not to mention my time. I’ve been going back and forth with the deliver easy customer service and I still haven’t had it resolved not to mention the service I have received was the absolute worst. I will not be going through them again!!!

Trash app experience, constantly late delivery and expensive. Better walk to get your order.

McDonald’s McCafé currently has only 1 extra shot on the current version of the delivery easy app. Put 2 - 5 extra shots like if I were ordering at kiosk in the McDonald’s restaurant, please 🙂 (ii) If the fast food restaurant or independent business on Delivery Easy doesn’t have a particular item in a particular product, the staff on that shift should notify the customer via of other options they may want before going ahead with the customers order.Not ‘sorry’ on the item when the customer has received the purchased item.

I have tried this app 4 times and not once was my order delivered correctly. Every time something has been missing.

Proud of this incredible home grown service that has an excellent service, wonderful drivers who never have to be guided and always find the place- all in a simple, easy to use app!

Reliable and quick deliveries. I use this over Uber because Uber is bringing tipping into NZ.
