Nightmare. Dont bother.
I prefer shopping on computer, u know, typing is faster, screen is bigger.. but the so called “vip sale” which started on Jun 12, 2020, was only available inside the app, so i had to use it ... In one word, it was a fiasco. I put 5 items into my basket and proceeded to checkout. First, although i have 3 different delivery addresses recorded in my web account, the app did not know any of them and i had to type it in. Then during payment, payment failed and suddenly, there were only 3 items in my basket and i received a sorry-email that the item is not available and that money will be returned to me. Ok, 3 items only, no pbm, it is still my beloved Denham .. but then i found that the switch “deliver to billing addess” is ON (???) and i had AGAIN to retype the different delivery address. Tried to pay - failed, only 2 items in my basket, sorry-email ... I deleted the order, went to shop again, and to my surprise, all items i wanted to ourchase were listed as available, so i put them into my basket - and rest assured, yes, AGAIN i had to type the delivery address, and yes, rest assured, payment failed and suddenly only three items in my basket... I gave up. Denham, you make great clothes and i will forever love your design and your cozy Amsterdam shops, but your sorry app behaviour really made me miserable for a good hour or so today, it really did .. 😒
