This app is awful. You can be doing 70MPH on the freeway when all of a sudden you get the loud high pitched beeping. There no reason for this, but now you how to find a way you place to pull over or something play with your phone while driving to rid the sound. I’m losses connection to the car all the time mid drive for no reason. Worst app out there

It disconnects constantly and I have to just drive with the beeping sound the module makes in my vehicle. I never write reviews, but I had to leave one for this. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible.

We have been using the derive system for a couple years now and as a leader and user I must say the system reliability is horrible , it takes too much effort to keep everyone connected and reporting correctly. Frequently troubleshooting theses devices uninstall and reinstalling the app, frequently needing to reconnect and force close the app. This system is a huge time leech on productivity , it requires way too much user and leader activity to keep working as intended. Pass on this system for a more reliable passive system.

Disconnects frequently. Need to either repair connection by reinstalling app or trying various things like shut truck off and restart or reset phone eventually it miraculously reconnects

Beeps constantly when getting back into truck. Device has been swapped with new one, same thing. Everyday same thing.....Beep....Beep....Beep. It’s complete trash! Would give 0 star if possible.

Doesn’t work. Can’t stay connected. Can’t find vehicle. Inconsistent. Just want it to work, but it’s 50/50 it will.

App disconnects constantly, is actually causing distractions while driving, dangerous.

I’m sure I’m driving safely as I madly look for a place to pull over as it starts beeping while I drive. It’s going to make for a great accident report some day.

Why do I have to keep my location set to always on if it doesn’t recognize me when I start the van? More than half the time, I have to turn off the engine, restart with the door open and this app open for it to work.
