Topup but dont get the stuff

I have been playing, and i pay, but i dont get the stuff !! and my money has been takdn in my bank acc. pls fix this Then i refund, once i open my acc it has been block. Congrats admin for becoming the the worst

crash

been playing this game for a week. i can say i need to uninstall and re-install due to the crash. unable to open it unless u re-install back. please fix this crash issue.

best game with good strategic plan must know. but sometimes this app crash. please check it back. i love to play this but sometimes it cannot be opened on ios.

The game wont let me log in to my acct with even the right email and pswd and im getting sick of it because of your stupid maintnence crew orl whatever

Random Shut-down

Its 8:15 pm for me, I try logging in and it says "System Error". The game is known for crashing but I have bo problem with that. We were notified that there was gonna be an update but when there is you can still acces the game and see what servers are off. Could be intentional but just putting.

pretty good game

if u like naruto games this is a decent game to play the community is very positive very fun and the game is a lil pay to win but over all i love the game just hope they add more characters and features to it like trading would be nice.

Terrible

Was double charged for a pack in the game, put in a request to refund the over charge. They refunded the money then blocked my account by saying abnormal transactions. Contacted once by email 5 times by in game screen. That was a week ago still can’t play.

Completely lost everything

I’ve been playing this game for months and I open the app today and everything is just gone. It’s made me completely start over and even when I try to sign into my account it’s all gone. I’ve spent well over a hundred bucks on this game and am very upset that it’s all gone.

Don’t spend money

Bought bundles through the app. All it does is just load with a spinning wheel or the game crashes. Contacted the support but nothing has come of it.
