I was placed first order and received 1 month of pro membership for free, after that it costs 699 AED per anum. Also there is an option to get reminder from them 2 days before charging, I have used this option and received no reminders, so I have been charged for 1year membership that I do not need. I tried to cancel it and get a refund from support and they said that this is impossible because its not refundable. Well it looks like a fraud, they dont send you reminders to get you 699AED for the membership that you dont need. Well, before this I was about to order items from time to time using their app, but after such fraud behavior I will never do it to not get frauded with their subsciptions again.

Get the pro +, it’s cheaper and faster than Amazon. Love finding what ever I need on it.

Really, the worst customer and shopping experience in my life. Highly not recommended if you value your time and money.

Don't use that service, its Indian service. They are delaying all parcels at least for two weeks. Customers support is weird , never answer, only excuses and telling that the are doing theirs best with no result. Hate them after all. Extremely not recommend to use.

One item of my order is still pending. And tried several times reach out to live chat but unfortunately it's dead chat. No response at all!

Pro membership fee AED700 (most expensive in UAE) Delivery time - 4 to 7 days Delivery charges AED 150 and above (even DHL ‘s same day delivery costs less than that) Products availability - 40% chance that you will not find the product you are looking for. Better to search in other online stores. 30% of the products listed will be cancelled after you order because of the perishable nature of the product or some other reasons. Products are 10-20% marked up than your average online store. Pros - Customer service will respond instantly. And in case of cancelled orders, money will be refunded almost on the same day.

As for my personal experience i advice you to look for alternative. Don’t waste your time on this.
