I don’t like the latest update. Please do not change the design of existing trees. The new ones are simple awful. Please bring back the old trees.
If you’re creative and don’t want rules and people telling you what to do
I purchased the new buildings pack and was replacing older buildings with the newer when WHOA, the game restarts and I lost everything. I was up to 38th in value and have now, boom, I have to start over. I have been in this game for years and was really enjoying the game. My real time playing was over 117 hours. Now I’m out money, out of the game and out of patience. Try to email in the settings to let them know and the app doesn’t let me email. Not my computer, it’s a iPad and loaded with security.
You know what would be cool? City descriptions. You can basically just write something about your city and the major landmarks in it and stuff like that. And other people can read your descriptions when they visit your city. Just a thought :) Anyways I’ve played the game since forever ago and am still playing it. Love the game.
I’m on my sixth city! Love this game. It’s really not a game to me. It’s a way to express yourself and you learn about real buildings that you’ve never even heard of so it’s like a history lesson. You learn to be a city engineer. I don’t pay to play and you don’t have to with this app. I started by playing sparkling Society, which was a big mistake and then I stumbled across Designer City. You do not have to wait for buildings in a timeframe you make your own islands. You don’t have to go to another level to get an island which cost you arm and leg you make it yourself, I don’t want to bash other simulations building apps, but this is totally cool. No need for any other building app ever. the options that you get to start over for another city when you’re done with the one you’re currently doing is awesome. You have a easy reset and a hard reset it and that’s what I love. Keep up the great work more updates would be cool though.
I’m happy they updated with new buildings but it seems you have to pay $14 just to access them. I hope this is a glitch because I’m not paying $14 for some fake buildings in a game.
The FB admins have been bullying players to purchase these new buildings. Since when was is mandatory to pay. If these are your employees are people you have put in charged of you game social media, they need to be let go. As of today my family & i will not support any of your games free or other wiser.
These games are ok but have built in limitations. The programmers only wanted to make 2 sides for every building rather than 4 sides to make it 3d. So you can’t rotate and position buildings the way you’d like which is annoying. Plus you can’t rotate the city. To make it function with half built buildings, they had to make it so you can’t rotate the city. That really limits your views, especially with skyscrapers. It makes the game much less fun. They should make the buildings complete and allow city rotation. The other big flaw is poor zoom level. You can’t zoom out and see even half your city at once. I don’t know why they would intentionally build in these visual limitations on a completely visual game. I can understand problems that would be hard to solve, like mismatched scale. But intentionally cutting the visuals by 50% and by 50% and by 50% isn’t really providing a good user experience.
If I try to move a building or anything else, it’ll just give me two buildings or anything else but besides that it is a really good game
