They charge you without your consent. Don’t refund. And expire credits even though advertise that they don’t expire credits. Useful service, but disingenuous business dealings.

We are corporate customer. Decided to support Deskimo startup despite we are already tenant in another cosharing site on a 2 years tenancy. Pay first payment for credit when sign up. Subsequently deduct payments without our consent. They apologise but never refund the wrongly charge amount. Booking is not immediate as the app has to depend on the owner to approve. So we have our booking cancelled after a day of pending. Desk booking slot changed from Hourly to Daily without any explanation. To date have not received the refund (for charging without consent) and a dismay they have zero all our advance credit. Advise subscriber to be diligent with their business. practice

The sell a credit in advance and took our credits despite of telling us that the credit was extended for 90 days.their words doesn’t mean anything- do not trust them. For me it’s a scam business model

Deskimo has been an absolute pleasure to use and quite a revelation. I never knew that there were so many places available to work. Will definitely continue to use it.

Hi, I checked out ytd at genius central and I checked the app 5 mins later. Showed not checked out. I had to walk back again, and it was frustrating

I didn’t realise such an offering exists. Exactly what i need to use my time efficiently when i am in the city but neither close to my office or home. I always balked at paying for a full month subscription with a shared office vendor. Now i have more choice and flexible rates. Genius!

Deskimo offers beautiful and comfortable working spaces to do work. The app is easy to use and prices are upfront so you know how much you’re being charged. Love the fact that I can pay by the minute and find a work space whenever I want to.

Just what I needed, perfect office near my home

With childcare centres closed, children at home, and offices working in shifts, it’s really difficult for some of us to be productive, being forced to work from home. I used to try to work in a library or cafe, and never considered using a co-working space as I assumed it would be too expensive. But with Deskimo I’m able to compare the rates of different co-working spaces, compare their facilities and amenities, check out how busy or vacant they are before going down, and even find spaces all over Singapore depending on where I might need to be. Wish I discovered their services last year! Might not have been able to get work done, otherwise!
