Its been awhile since i got one of my free meal coupons but i do like to take their butter run chicken and break it up n toss it in some mac, also if that short hispanic girl with the nails still there tell her i said whattup hmu 6944-294-616

App is just ok Food was hard, broke a tooth. Customer service absolutely horrible on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever picked up

I haven’t been able to order through this app for months. I have to call to order which defeats the purpose of the app

Just downloaded and the app keeps crashing. Redownloaded twice and the same result.

This app worked fine when first installed. Now it won’t open. My sister had the same problem on her phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. It’s been going on about two months. No updates found to fix this problem. Useless.

I logged into into the app and listed my previous orders. I opened my most recent order and reviewed the items that were shown in it, and it was correct. Under actions when I clicked order this again, the only thing that showed up in the new order was the last item on my previous order, instead of all of the items. Strike one. After I manually added the missing items to the new order and went to the checkout to the checkout page, it wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay. The only option was to add a new card to be put on file. I don’t want my card on file with any more people than absolutely necessary for security reasons. Make it work with Apple Pay. Strike two.

I’ve known about DWC since before they opened a storefront in my city and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Everything I order is delicious and every-time I order there’s zero call backs.

I love Detroit Wing Company but I had always paid online with Apple Pay but now that you have your new app there is no option to use Apple Pay online. Would love to see this get added. Thanks! 😊 Update: Birthday is required when editing my account but there’s no way to add it. So basically I can’t edit my account. This app really needs an update. ☹️
