Rip off
Easy to navigate, but even for beginners this is a massive rip off. Spreads and fee’s are huge compared to other simple app’s. getting money in and out is very hard, and cannot transfer coin balances anywhere without selling to fiat first. Do not recommend at all.
Slow
This app is too slow. Takes 1 minute from opening the app to see your crypto balances. It is not real time investing as the app is too slow.

Wasn’t really into crypto as it seemed to complicated to me . The app is really easy to use so I’m happy . A+
Not set up for IPad Pro
When it sends you a verification code you can’t enter it if it has a zero in it because the keypad in the app does not fit in the screen and the zero is not visible to be able to use it! Can’t register my details to join the app so can’t use it.

I never really understood crypto before but this app has made it extremely easy to understand and be a player in the game
Not any good
Not good for anyone who already has some knowledge. Poor rates being the worst aspect along with complete lack of customer service. I contacted LIVE chat approx 8 days ago, still waiting for a response? Not very live if you ask me. Don’t understand where this app fits, seems like another mainstream financial company trying to profit from cryptos.
