DEWALT Tool Connect

Now that this app is losing support on December 31, 2024, please put the ability to turn DeWalt lights on or off in the Site Manager app. It’s the only reason I use the Tool Connect app. Thanks.

Can’t connect to server to create a account

I keep getting a service connection error message, I’m not even able to log in, the app is useless for me and I don’t know what to do with my trackers

I’ve tried just about everything and the app won’t let me register. Every time I try it just says error.

I bought a dewalt laser measure for the express purpose of using this app, but it looks like it’s been abandoned. The last update was a year ago as web I try to create a user, I keep getting a message that reads, “ There was a problem connecting to the DeWalt ToolConnect server. Please try again later.” Which keeps me from using the app or the Bluetooth feature at all. Proves that you shouldn’t buy physical tech that relies on proprietary software.

I got the app but I was never able to get logged in it say can not connect to the tool connect server every time I try and I would love to use it I spent the money for all the trackers for my tools and now there just a wast of money because the app don’t want to work can somebody help me

It’s been displaying this message for the longest time ever and I can’t use none of my tools (Error There was a problem connecting to the DeWalt ToolConnect server. Please try again later.)

App does not work I tried downloading it on different devices and it won’t work on them either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

Trying to reset password and the link site does not do anything. It goes back to the prompt reset password
