Very convenient
The DFCU mobile app is great. I love the easy log in with face recognition. The app makes it simple to check your balances, transactions and to set up bill payments. Pretty much anything I need to do is available with this app!

DFCU Mobile™ puts 24/7 account access in the palm of your hand. Use DFCU mobile to easily and securely manage your DFCU Financial accounts anytime, anywhere. Check your account balances, deposit checks, transfer funds, pay bills, find the nearest branch location and more.
You must be enrolled in DFCU Online to use this app. To enroll, launch the app and choose “New Enrollment” (located below the Log In button).

•Mobile Deposit.
•Expanded eDocuments Center including statements from as far back as 7 years.

•Touch authentication for Touch ID-enabled Apple iOS devices.
•Face ID authentication for Face ID-enabled Apple iOS devices.

Easy banking
Safe , Fast, Simple
Can’t access files
I get paperless and in order to view or download my files o have to be logged on to the web version. No matter what I click on in the app (pdf file or download button) nothing will download or open to view. It’s rather annoying and a pain to have to use a web browser just to view my documents.
