Best app ever

The last update broke for me on iPhone. When I open the app, and log in with another provider as I’ve been doing for months, it tells me it want to log me in on Dialpad.com. When I agree, and log in, all I see is the web page displayed in the app. I can’t make calls or send messages. On my computer it’s working fine, but I need it to continue workint on my iPhone. The “help” is useless. I hope they fix this soon since I’m stuck with it.

I just want a robust high quality VOIP app not some AI bullsh**

I’ve been trying to upgrade for weeks and it’s just been going on and on. What should take 30 mins is working in 39 days first with an inept representative in Robert Patten then request to be put with someone else I get Gio Lideza who ask about a question a day to get my services upgraded. So maybe another 2 weeks I’ll be all set if I don’t find a more competent voip provider before hand. Just awful

Overall this is the best app for business and phone calls to keep in contact with any number. 10/10

Buggy… inconsistent… company difficult to bring design flaws to their attention want to consider them as feature requests instead of design flaws which impact day to day

This app stinks. Forces me to choose a random # when calling and difficult to access VM. I do not recommend.

Here is my feedback: Starting with incoming calls, about 2 out of 10 calls get dropped when answering. When you are able to connect, there is dead air for 3-5 seconds where you can’t hear each other. Regardless if this is an external call or a Dialpad to Dialpad call. This is even the case when you are connected to strong WiFi connections. Poor call quality and lots of dropped calls. Outgoing calls: seems to work well IF you have settings on “use carrier” where it dials a special number then routes the call. These are non HD calls though. Can not use the web UI to make / receive calls. Can only review call history. Texting: can’t send contact cards, can’t send batch photos, often force closes, can’t send PDF’s. Can not text or review text messages using the web UI. Contacts: if you have multiple numbers saved for a contact and you send a text, you can’t tell which number for the contact it goes to. It puts them all in the same thread. Challenging for when you have an office number and a cell number saved for a business contact. Did I just text there landline? I’ll never know. It threads it all together. AI transcription works fairly well, but overlapping voices confuse it. Not complaining about that. The AI and call recap is actually one of the better features, so I’m not complaining about that. It just seems odd that the technology for that is so new and it works well, yet you can’t consistently accept incoming calls and even when connected the call quality isn’t better than what it is. I would stay away from this app if I was using in a commercial setting. Teams is probably the way to go.

These apps are helpful for many reasons, but they are frustrating when there’s a delay and I keep talking over the person. I’ve called and talk over me.
