Try to make userface more easier

Often breaks down. Loading problems. Frequent maintenance breaks but still no smooth functionality. Overall not reliable so always keep another bank as backup for emergencies.

Extremely slow and time wasting app after update.

Whenever I try to put amount after 4 digits the field is reset. I am very frustrated as I cannot transfer on the go, I need to use my laptop to transfer any amount!

Poor app quality, application refreshing whenever going back to check the otp in email or mobile and sending new otp.

The application's performance is pathetic, as it frequently experiences downtime and login issues, sometimes up to three times a week. There is a dire need for improvement in the engineering team and a complete overhaul of the app's functionality. Despite being obliged to use it for my company account, I cannot recommend it to others.

performance, interface and usability of the app need to be improved. It lacks modern features of a banking app, works slower, and login issues.
