Terrible customer service
I’ve been playing this games for years and unfortunately deleted the game weeks ago to try to fix a glitch it was having. Didn’t realize it would delete my whole account and start anew. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times with no answer. So I’m forced to just not play at all since I’m not starting over again, I’ve spent lots of money on my original account and it’s incredibly disappointing that customer support won’t reply to my email to help me get my account back
Terrible bugs!
I loved this game had been playing it for quite some time. However the last 3 months it has been unplayable. The game no longer will work with mobile data but only with WiFi! I've gone to their forums and noticed there are many other players having the same issue and nothing has been worked on by the devs. Not acknowledging it as an issue. There have been 3 updates since the issue and not one has addressed it. So it's dead as a mobile game. Would rate it 5/5 if it didn't have such a crippling issue. So don't spend money on it!
Love this game
I love this game, however recently got a bug.. when I go to open up the game it just says that the download is incomplete, restarting the game. Then does that over and over. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still does it.
For some reason dicast doesn’t want to load anymore?
Idk why but I play dicast to calm my brain and boredom but it’s just not loading for me anymore and when I ask friends to load it on their phones they have no problem. What’s going on?

Been days and still won’t let me play..nothing is being done to fix it so unfortunately I’ll be uninstalling…which is a shame cause personally I thought you made a great game..smh
Game doesn’t load
I like this game but ever since the old update it doesn’t load up anymore keeps on saying download not complete game will restart I restarted it for them even delete and redownload but still does the same thing all that time and effort and money on this game for what.please fix it tho
Lost Progress
I really enjoyed this game, would binge on and off all the way back to season 1. Now I can’t link my FB, years of progress gone, I can’t start over, it’s too much to repeat for goals to earn back up. NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THEIR LISTED SUPPORT TEAM.
Need help
I love this game but since the update it says download not complete the game will restart. And it never loads up. Please help
Why is my account gone
I loved this game when I used to play a while back but I just logged back on after a long break and my whole account is gone. I was diamond rank, had a bunch of gold and crystals, had all heroes fully leveled and almost all bases fully upgraded. Probably 100 hours or so into the game and now it’s ok gone. Someone let me know why and how we can recover my old account.
