I actually love it!!!!! it does exactly what it’s supposed to do

The app is very good in transcribing the recording with multiple options to transcribe as a summary or bullet points, etc, but it lacks creation of the folder structure that helps in organizing the recordings, especially when you have multiple recordings.

I like and use this app, but I’m not in love with it. I don’t like how they put the RATE message all the time. I paid for it and I’ll rate it if I want- but it messes up the flow. So I guess you have to rate them otherwise they’ll never stop. That’s a small thing but it represents their lack of interest in the user experience which is exactly why I don’t love it. I also don’t like the three day trial. They send you a reminder two days before, thinking they’ll send me another one, but they don’t. It does the job and I use it, but enough things annoy me that I give it a 3.5

Never knew how much I needed this app till I began using it, the transcription accuracy is almost perfect but that’s expected as audio can vary. The time it takes to get thru an hour long audio clip is quite fast too, a slight downside was I couldn’t download the audio but when I reached out to the developer, they were quick to implement the feature! The interface is simple too which I prefer as I can just get right to business. Another change that would be a great add on is making the past transcripts stay as transcripts and not reverting back to audio. Other than this, this is an app is a time saver when doing projects and I totally recommend it.

Very high accuracy, even in other languages which are not English (I did mine in Ukrainian), very simple to use and very quick! Also I love that I can translate my audio, I also did it, haven’t really checked how it came up yet but from the first few lines it looks very good! Love it, I did it all with the free trial. Also the sad moment is that the audio can be no more than 60 minutes, but it is not really the problem because I just cut my audio into pieces and transcribed and translated all them separately.

I downloaded the app, found it didn’t have the feature I needed, and then cancelled the free trial the same day. They went ahead and still charged me somehow once the trail period ended. I have never had this problem when I cancel well ahead of the trial period renewal period. I went in and found out that they didn’t cancel my subscription from their end even though my subscription is over in the Apple app.

When I have long car rides, I think a lot. This helps me save my ideas for later.

Bon logiciel, J’apprécie le fait de pouvoir rendre formel la retranscription, cependant j’aimerais également pouvoir rendre familier ou tout autre forme de language. J’ai acheté cette appli dans le cadre de l’élaboration de mon mémoire, j’aurais apprécié le fait de pouvoir entrer mes questions au préalable et de les organiser de façons à ce que quand je les posent à l’interlocuteur, le logiciel détecte de quelle question il s’agit et insère la réponse en dessous. Ça permets d’avoir moins de faute et une organisation beaucoup plus structuré en terme de questions/réponses.
