There is nowhere within the app to add multiples of the same order, as you process the order it shows multiples then takes them off at the checkout. Also there is no contact number for the shop in the app, after waiting 80 minutes for delivery you can chat with a bot but that’s another 90 minutes wait! Much easier to go to the shop. Also food arrived cold, very disappointing

Not only did the app not work properly but the order took 45 minutes and was incomplete as there was no salad or chilli sauce with my order. I won’t be ordering food again from Didos. While I was waiting at least 6 customers had to bring back orders as they didn’t get what they ordered. Poor service and totally incompetent.

Really good app easy and simple to use plenty of menu choices and great food as usual. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that it could do with a tracking driver progress system.

Tell the delivery driver NOT to walk right across next doors lawn to deliver my food.. NOT good practice

Everything is cooked to perfection and nothing is too much, I didn’t have my bank card with me one time that I needed, he said oh just bring it tomorrow, I went in to pay a soon as they opened, he refused to take the money from me! I haven’t had a gesture like that from anywhere I regularly go in decades, these guys know the value in customer service and i for one won’t spend my money anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Was very impressed at the speedy delivery. First online order I usually go to the shop to order. Will definitely use the on line service again. Food was good and plenty of it, only wish I could get through it all as I hate waste.
