I have been taking diets from Diet n cure from sometime before my pregnancy and after as well. And they have helped me tremendously to decrease my weight. This time I have done lots of outings, trips but with the guidance of Vanshika I have still lost good kgs which has made difference on my body. And, i will keep taking diets from them in future as well.

It is really good to know about Dt Gurmeet Kaur mam ….As I lost kgs in one month by her online diet program…. It’s been a great experience with Dt Gurmeet at Diet n Cure. She’s made it considerably easy for me to lose weight which was a daunting task earlier. Everything is planned as per my target and requirements in an absolutely healthy way . I’ve lost 8 kgs in almost 2.5 months which is great for me and that too without any crash diet . I joined diet and cure before 4 months! My dietician is Charanjeet . I reduced 6 kgs under her guidance ! She is excellent and give me healthy diets. Significant inch loss I noticed in my body.

Few months back I got my tests done and the parameters indicated in the report were not good so I consulted Diet cure app and was connected to dietician Ms Sanskriti she read my parameters of the report and planned my diet accordingly as my Vitamin B12 was quite high ,she planned a very appropriate diet with all my likes and dislikes and gave me cheat days too . After 4 months when I repeated the tests my report was quite good and my Vitamin B12 is now within range . I would like to thank diet cure and Ms Sanskriti for appropriate diets and taking care of my good health .
