Again broken app

The app is not working since yesterday update on apple ios Login using Touch ID is broken and also after uninstalling and reinstall also unable to login via app. Please fix asap

Instantly crashes after new update

After recent update I have never been able to use this app. It crashes as soon as it is opened. I am using it on iPhone 8 Plus newest version ios.

Whenever I open the app it automatically crashes. I’m not able to access my account.

Crashing App

Hey your App is Not Opening on iPhone XS (iOS14.2 (18B92)). When ever I tried to open it, it shows the opening animation and crashes. Fix it I cant use my bank account.

Keeps logging out every 5 secs

App is logging me out after 5 secs every time. Unable to do anything using the app

Bad quality, bugs everywhere

This app works like a polished Intern project and not like an Professionally Engineered Banking/Financial app. There are critical bugs everywhere and DBS doesn’t care to respond to those. For a failed transaction on app, the money was deducted from the account. Also other digital accounts/banks provide lot more features and higher interest rates.

Trying to rest my password without mobile number

I am trying to rest my password without mobile number because I recently moved to United States of America and I don’t have my old number with me and it is not yet all active(mobile number) and i have my every details with me except my number so how can I login into my account? and there should be option to get OTP through mail ID

Application doesn't open

I have been using Digibank for a while now. Been a happy account holder but the recent issue with app these days makes me want to close my account because I don't know why I should be doing any kind of transaction with the bank which doesn't open or allow me to log in. Every time I go to the app, it will show the loading sign but will never open or let me log in. I thought it's the internet issue at first so tried with WiFi connection, it still doesn't work. I have been trying to log in to the app for past three days now because I need to review my bank balance and add money but the app just won't open. So either this is fixed or I will happily close my account, because the bug in the app is too much. It can't do the simple first thing, which is a successful log in.
