App issue
Bohat hi fazool bank app hai har wqt issues hi rehte is mein kbhi koi kbhi koi na koi transaction ho rhi 1 month se complaint ki hui after 7 days msg a gya tha k complaint resolve hogai hai but still woi issue face kr rhi hr wqt calls kr k complaints krte but kia faida wahan se alag balance bhe khatam ho jata jr baaar
Cheap App and Development
Absolutely terrible app. Slow, buggy, and outdated. For a bank handling money, the irony is painful: why not invest in your app? Priorities, Bank of Punjab?

Not for Credit Card Customers
Unable to sign up as a credit card customer where the app clearly gives you an option to sign up using debt / credit card. When I called helpline, they said the app is not available for credit card customer.

Extremely poor application it is not allowing to make signup. Despite 15 efforts. Almost Every Service/API is down. I called on UAN but not resolutions.
