Delayed processing
I put the parking with digital sharjah app at 11am 9/10/23 and the parking fee was deducted at the same time.. but I received a fine at 11.09am .. I got the fine due to late processing of this application.. kindly clarify

SEWA Bill Payment not Available
The app was great until it stopped show an option to pay SEWA bills under until utilities. Please fix!
Downloaded again after 6 months still the worse application to use.
6 months ago I deleted this application because I got annoyed with it. After 6 months gave it a chance again and still it’s the worse application. I top up my wallet and at the time of need it will no work saying “Please try again later something went wrong”

Payments methods
The app still needs to be more user friendly and easy to navigate. However, my biggest complaint is payments methods are limited and takes so long to pay by card. PLEASE ADD APPLE PAY AS AN OPTION. It’s much easier and simpler to finish payments.
Good, but still need improvements section..
This APP is very good if there is no hassle of walking through hundreds of login pages just to get into the APP. I am using the APP for parkiing payment all the time, and every time I want to pay, APP is asking to login. The worst part is, it is using UAE pass for authentication every single time in which case you need to click through many pages. The purpose of a digital APP is to make the life easier. Please consider this as a customer feedback who regularly uses the APP.
