No idea why school are using this apps, my child had been with the school for 1.5 years, the apps is always lag in updating status, and msg with teacher are delayed too. See no improvement to this app on its timely update. Status of my child "activities" only updated at night, when my child already back home for hours.

Parents cannot change anything even the contact number.

Hi, the latest update caused app malfunction, pls fix it ASAP.

There’s no function to even delete a chat message

Worst app i ever came across. A lot of bugs, making the use of the app a terrible experience.

Chat function. cannot be addressed to a specific person, and everyone gets to read the chat 😓 Loading the photos is quite a hassle. Always crash.

I tried to figure out how to have two accounts in one app as I have children in two different schools with different dibear accounts. App support is non existent when I clicked through to ask for help. The app is not very intuitive and pretty slow when it comes to loading photos to send to teacher on the communication front. There’s also no option to communicate to the school with specifics on who should see it. Each chat is exposed to everyone on the chat.

- Poor designed UI, some elements invisible at some pages - Irrational logic for multiple-kid or multiple-school users - Cannot fix the login issue after two weeks - Checkin photo croning is stupid if you cannot generate a proper thumbnail

My childrens’ two schools- main school and special school - uses this app with different login accounts, and it is a big hassle to login to either. Please enable the app to have multi logins just like Instagram is able to. Otherwise, the app works fine.
