From the begining of 2023, the game always asks for retry and restart. I do not get the rewards and although I win a level I need to play it again and again. Previously it worked. As a result, I pkay with this game rarerly, now.

Hi, Already wrote you that I cannot upgrade the bistro bay with diamonds. I will lose my patience because I really like this game. Please fix this issue. It always crashes wants to throw out. Says retry or restart.

Real pay to win game.

Can’t play it until I want it. Just few minutes and run out of energy... pity. It was one of my favorit saga. :/ Every game is about money nowadays. :(

Formatting for IPhone 16 Pro doesn’t fit on the game screen. Everything cost in this game you can tell it is very money driven!!! And what’s disappointing is that you can get all the stars for a building and you only get a measly yellow gold star on the building no rewards such as coins or gems just nothing for spending time and money.

While the game itself is fun initially, moving up levels always requires money. And lots of it. And then they go and make special events that are impossible to beat. Don’t bother with customer service. They’re slow as ever to the point of nonexistent. I’m currently playing the Shiver me Timbers event and the next goal is to earn a 25 more starfish, but I’ve already earned every starfish available and it’s not showing new levels. How am I supposed to move on?
