It says play for free until your first win. What they don’t tell you is that it cost $15 to ship the keychain you win that is worth 2 cents. False advertising. The prize also expires after 30 days so you can’t try and accumulate any free coins to get it at a later date. Last time that I checked free is $0 and not $15. In addition, the machines are empty of prizes, the buttons and cameras don’t work, the claw is delayed, and they have the wrong prizes listed as to what is in the machines.

It's very hard to play because the machines are bad it's just making money off kids
They have people watching while you play & will re arrange the pieces so you can’t win. I had a piece setup for a easy a pic .. a guy reached in moved in & re arranged everything so you can’t win!
The thing that bothers me is that now the prizes are harder to win and unless you pay it’s hard to get coins.
i opened the app and signed up, upon 3 seconds of the app being opened it charged me 3 times without knowing any of that info. it has my address and email. that was all that was put. i couldnt find a spot to write a complaint but that’s ridiculous and i would like the 30$ that it took from me back. not to mention that it took my money and gave me nothing. charged me for opening the app. absolutely not!
When I start to play I didn’t see anything, I only saw a black screen and if I switch camera, I had black screen again.
Easy
So far so good as long as I get my item shipped to me!
