Деньги за подписку списали, а доступ не открыли. Мошенники!

Оплатили 599 руб что бы открыть всех динозавров! В итоге ни то что новые, но и единственнный бесплатный перестал загружаться! Новые тоже все закрыты! Переустановила приложение, ни чего не изменилось, в аппстор нАписано-оплачено! Как вернуть зря потраченные деньги?

Считаю , за 600 руб игра ни о чем … Всего 5 динозавров и все . Я за 1000 покупаю приложение по Английскому языку , так там бесконечное количество интересных заданий на разную тему . 100 руб красная цена приложению .
