Seems like the app is not working but we won’t be told. Why can we not access the app for 2 years now

This App doesn’t want to go in on my phone it says logging in and it does not log in back

After days of trying to register, I finally succeeded and now the app doesn’t go beyond the sign in page, it has beeeeen loading

I have been trying to login/register on the app all day and the only response is an error message. Even tried deleting and reinstalling it but still nothing. How do I go about this??

This app is shockingly terrible to use.

I have been trying to log in and it kept on saying error or forbidden error , when i called they said the error is on my phone. Till today I can’t use the app

This app is useless. I got the policy but I can’t register on the app. How should I be able to register. I keep getting a notification that the user details are invalid. Invalid how when I am registering?

Hi, The app says it’s compatible with an iPhone 6, yes it allows me to download it but either than that that’s where it ends, when I try to open the app it exits on its own before I could even do anything. I’m honestly disappointed really.

Keeps giving an “error: not found” sent an email still nothing

Can I just ask can I go to any doctor with this medical aid or just only Dis-Chem doctor and clinic ?
