I get to watch all my favorite shows
Just installed DiscoveryGo on my Apple TV box to try and get more episodes of America’s Backyard Gold - which showed up in the app on my iPad, but were not showing up on my YouTube TV subscription. I linked my YouTube TV subscription as requested. I can NOT navigate in the app AT ALL with my brand new Apple TV remote which works perfectly in every other app! How does this app have 4.7stars?!!! All I see is reviews giving one star and stating how terrible it is. What a crushing disappointment! Worthless!!! One star because I can’t give no stars! Update: After watching one episode of the above-mentioned program using screen mirroring from my iPad, I decided to try the app on the Apple box again. I was able to navigate this time. No idea why it started working. The star reduction on the new rating is because the commercial breaks are soooooo looong! Might as well be watching regular network tv. Except that on a regular network recorded show I can fast forward through the commercials. On Discovery Go I’m forced to play them all.

The discovery go, animal planet go, TLC go, and food network go doesn’t work on my iPhone and only animal planet go and TLC go works on my Apple TV. I use xfinity and it says that is app isn’t part of the package. Spoke to my xfinity service and they don’t know what is wrong plus I have been placed on hold for your live chats and no answer for over an hour and a half and have sent request to your help people and no reply. Can you help me? P.S. I have already done the contact and sent in a ticket for at least and I have never gotten any response from any of your help team.
This has to be the worst streaming app available. I have had to log in and out of my tv provider at least once week to continue using this app. All other apps some how remember that yes, I can access their content while this one continues to fail. I have lost all hope that they will fix this issue as it has been going on for years despite my contact for support. Best of luck.
I started watching a series on this app on my phone. I linked the app to my DIRECTV account. Now all of a sudden it’s telling me the series is locked and this channel is not in my subscription? I pay to have this channel in my package. Why can I not watch this app now? Very frustrating. I’ve uninstalled everything and reinstalled and signed in again. Not pleased.
So now there is MAX, Discovery +, HGTV Go, Food Go, etc. I have to search three apps to find where I can watch a show the next day???? LAME. Not only that, I have to pay two subscription fees because of the varience in shows residence yt others are on all theee platforms. to top it all off, I need to sign in to the Free on every week because why??? shot app service getting 1 star because I cannot leave zero
