Just keeps saying "failed to request match"

Error message about not being able to send a match request then sit on the loading screen.

Good but also meh

Aight so the basic thing is that I loved this game when it first came out, but then I got bored of it and deleted it, and I decided to get it back to revive the nostalgia, but it keeps telling me in the tutorial that it failed to request a match

More characters

I love this game so much but I think it needs more characters like Homer Simpson or Spider-Man Homer should maybe have donut bombs to fight with and one of his powers should be like all of his friends from the bar should come to fight and Spider-Man should have his regular powers goodbye 👋

Unable to even play

ERROR failed to request match. Please provide with a fix or notify me of what I’m doing wrong

Can’t even play the game

I have been trying to play the game for 6 months and I get an error messages when the game initiates. I have been told by support team 2 months ago that a fix was being developed and nothing so far. Quite disappointing the lack of follow up and I thought this would be treated as high priority since I am not the only one facing this current issue. Also tried several workarounds I found on Reddit and none seem to work, in the end why do I need to find a workaround to play a game that is theoretically supposed to work on my mobile phone? Mind you this is an Apple Arcade game and I feel like I pay a subscription for games that I can’t play. Not a good experience.
