Had a conversation with one of the executive based in kochi named SHILPA. Not only she had no idea about the profile and why the call has been made. The attitude of the employee was so intolerable that not only she was defensive about the issues I was facing but also was carrying an attitude as though she doesn’t care whether I continue the service or not. This is no service they are carrying out its pure arrogance. How can some company hold such an employee.

When you register, please perform due diligence on the profile. Many have registered fake profiles with foreign phone numbers.

It runs a sales promotion of plans fraud, user fraud, identity fraud, does mot refund money taken for service not provided, accepts requests ad messages themselves so that they don’t have to refund, ask free users to upgrade and make payment and then have no responsibility. All Matrimony.com group app users please do not use any of their family apps. The listed company is a fraud. This is Bharat matrimony company chennai based publishing ads to use and register on their app but not publishing their fraudulent activities advertisements.

I had a terrible experience on this application. An NRI girl arrived started chatting and after some time she told me that she is coming India to meet me. And them someone called from Delhi airport that your friend has arrived here and she is short of cash so transfer 75k to help her. Horrible experience.

I tried to register my profile but this app gets close whenever I update in family status. Frustrating

The app shows non matching alliances and something else from preferences. Always crashing. Not even single day, one matching alliance is shown properly. Disgusting

All you need is money you can’t know about feelings. Your company say 1 message per day is free but when we click on chat now option they showing logged out. Please fix it as soon as possible

The app is good. Had a few initial problems while registering the app but it works smooth now
