Custom watch face functionality not working. Mailed so many times. Not responding. Didn’t expect such a bad service from reputed brand like Realme.

Watch face did not work worst product

Not loaded watch faces in application, please provide update ASAP.

I am using dizo watch r Talk they removed the dizo app from the app store my watch is not pairing with any other apps of the Dizo

Even though the watch is having good build quality and so many features that leave us in awestruck this is having the worst features ever which leave us to same expression While scanning to Bluetooth this is leading to nowhere but giving some error called TIMEOUT and also read the faq and which is leading again to the same on such a phase you can’t even use your Bluetooth device and its just a waste when your device is having only tow options one is to select language and other is the QR CODE which is not even helping you out to connect to your device this is a serious problem and i think DIZO should have a look at it and make something possible to work and function like before .

Worst app ever, most of the functionality doesn’t work. Unable to set the watch faces, it is not even loading. Also unable to log bugs/feedback through app.

Custom watch face need more customisations like repositioning and resizing of Time and Date. Analog style custom watch faces should be introduced in future updates. Light coloured watch faces are very few, so need more. Also unable to send ‘Feedback and suggestions’ through the app.

There is no 12 hour format in watch or no setting in app
