Can’t open the app when Bluetooth is on. On iPhone X. I’ve been having connection problems with multiple ronins m for the last 3 years

Did the intern’s intern’s intern program this on a Lite-Brite? That is literally all anyone needs to hear.

Useless app.

The annoying popup dialogue box “Cannot find devices” is constantly popping up, even when it’s connected. Exasperating app. DJI takes all our money away for their products, and they have no stable/robust apps or timely support. Shame on them!!! 😡🔥

I bought ronin m for my Sony camera and was told to download DJI assistant but it’s not letting me log in saying email used when I didn’t register it what’s the issue also can I use the gimbal without this app?

No compatibility for any Mac platforms - does not detect usb-c to c cable when used via M1 MacBook

Has data entry issues and zero updates. I can’t login. DJI you FAIL here. Shame

I can even use the app. I won’t even let me create an account. It claims my emails are already linked to accounts even though I’ve never used it before. Smh
