Good app but inconsistent
For Spark, Mavic, or Phantom - this is the official app; however from version to version experience with it varies. At the moment (Jan 2018) it looks stable and works well, but month ago it was unusable due to crashes... Feature wise; everything you might want or need is in there. Easy to use. Waypoints feature could be lot better. P.S. For all of you having issue connecting app with Controller; you may check/replace cable. Remove current cable from controller and connect your phone /tablet with official Apple usb-to-lightning cable. USB-A port is located on the bottom back side of the Controller. Hope this helped.
IPad 4 mini - can’t find drone
Drone connected to the controller but DJI go 4 app can’t see it as connected... very frustrating because everything was working fine for one year and now it just started having problems with new updates. I can’t fly if I don’t see where I’m flying!

Crashing
App is crashing constantly. When in flight mode everithing looks ok, but when I take an app tools like Editor or Skypixel then every few seconds is going to crash. Please correct that bugs. Then I will give you all 5 stars.

Fantastic app love to use it with my Mavic Pro newer any problems. There is space to improve in app movie maker include more options for editing but still grate app.
Please fix it, video editor down
Having a problem with the last two updates of the app, specifically with the video editor. I get to a specific point at finishing the video (lets say 88%) and won't go any further, or breaks the app down at the point. So please, I rely on my phone and this editor, fix it
App crashes
This just started, the app on iPhone 16 pro, iOS 18.1 - Mavic Pro, crashes as soon as I start video recording. Taking pictures no problem. Landed, restarted everything, same issue.
