It just needs too many permissions but works ok.
Doesn’t work. I tried to make an account but it didn’t accept my password. It did take my email for some reason though so now I can’t even try to make a new account with my email because it says my account already exists. I tried to retrieve the password that supposedly exists but the forgotten password portion just didn’t work. I got it to work. What I had to do was go through their website. Login with my email there, which allowed me to reset my password, and login to the app with the same information that I used on the website.
App constantly crashes. Gives warning to update firmware but fails at that too. Also gives a warning that the humble is disconnected, a message that doesn’t appear on android devices.
After some years working with DJI products, I just updated my iPad to an iPad Pro, iPhone and the app just stopped working. Today after the Milton hurricane I need to inspect my and my neighbors roofing and this is not working with the last update. Definitely it doesn’t work for professional or emergency cases. This is just a toy not even for kids. I’m completely dissatisfied and disappointed with DJI. NO MORE DJI, THIS IS YOUR END…
I finally got my hands on an Osmo Raw… and the app crashes instantly when trying to enter the camera. Firmware is up to date, all the equipment is in flawless condition, perfect batteries and wall power for install. This is still a very, very useful tool— please fix!
Crashes after launch
I only use the phantom 3 drone maybe every 6 months. Charged the batteries, got it ready to launch and the left half my screen on the app is sort of greyed out like it’s blocked and touchscreen on this half will not work. That’s the side is where you the launch drone so I can’t use the drone. Tried everything for about 1.5 hours and nothing will fix it.
Warning messages everywhere, not the best connection, certain prompts don’t work, are the wrong orientation or just don’t give any feedback or information. It’s an app that isn’t supported anymore.
I have phantom 3 “pro”, not sure why they even call it professional but this is the worst company ever! Don’t waste your money with DJI STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Theır app does not work at all. I have 2 drones that have very little use. They are garbage now.
