So disappointed in this company,returned 2 dresses,have proof of return and emails from them stating they had received them but gave me a lot of nonsense about how long it take to get my money back because of backlogs 😡 What utter rubbish,I’m now waiting nearly 2 months for the money,will never order off them again ,should have heeded the same reviews So be warned!! They are a disgraceful company ☹️

I’m looking to return a few items within 28 days and didn’t get a confirmation email so have emailed 8 times to the sales email with no response

Bought a skirt quite a while back, have sent numerous emails regarding the whereabouts of my refund with no reply!? Still waiting on refund!

Still awaiting a refund weeks later, had one email to apologise and nothing since…. Won’t be ordering again

Delivery spot on, but returns take an age to be refunded, currently waiting over 2 weeks to be refunded - advised that it could take 21 WORKING DAYS, which is ridiculous!

Do not buy anything unless you’re certain that you are going to keep it. I have sent a return back worth nearly £60 and I never received my money back in my account . Even after many emails I didn’t get a reply it’s been nearly 3months and still nothing

Why have I only just discovered DLSB? After ordering several dresses on line and returning them days before a wedding, I ordered two dresses from DLSB. As I opened the package I was met with the most sublime material and vibrant colour dresses, the joy continues as they are lined and fit perfectly! The cut of the dresses are so flattering and I instantly knew I wanted both! I want everything now! Thankyou DLSB! x

Cannot seem to pay for items with PayPal days now emailed for help no answer

absolutely LOVE the styles …. some items a bit pricey for the material used.

Poor communication still waiting on refund after 4 weeks. Will not buy off here again. 4 weeks is ridiculous waiting time.
