I encountered an issue during the registration process. After completing the steps, I was unable to proceed to the next page. I decided to relaunch the app, but it directed me to the login screen. When I attempted to log in, I received an error message stating that my email address is invalid or not registered. However, when I tried to register a new account, it said that my email address is already taken.
Admin employee was giving me an attitude for not being able to install this app immediately after requesting for another working permit from their office only for this app to not work properly 🤐
Why do we always get logged out? So frustrating!
Once logged out you can never login, system will never recognize your email either your password. Even when you try to reset your password it will show email was not registered but if you try to creat an account again it will show that the email was registered. Is this a joke? Promoting your app without even trying it on your own. Its just a waste of time. Please improve your apps before promoting it to your residents.
App keeps on force closing after a few mins of booking and viewing rideshare. IOS 17
Needed Information has already been answered when we moved in. It can’t take a photo beyond 2mb size. Can’t upload my photo. So tedious. The registration must be your name and unit # as all info has already been submitted before move in.
I was setting everything up not until it made me went back to the login page, now I tried logging back in, won't work: Tried to make a new account: "Email already registered" Tried logging in: "Invalid password length" Tried resetting password: "Email not found" Might not get inside of my own house because of this garbage app.
This app is as slow as a turtle. The UX is so terrible that you get the sense that this app was created without the user in mind.
So this app just wasted 1 hour of my time. It will ask you to complete a looong registration process only to end up deleting everything you did because of a system glitch. Wala bang nag-QA nito before publishing? What a waste of time!
