Je suis ravis d’avoir pu m’adonner au programme de Doado ! Conçu par des professionnels de la santé ça a permis diminuer mes problèmes de dos ! ☺️ Je recommande !

Super application. Très complète et instinctive. Même si elle payante. Je l’utilise quelques mois le temps de piocher des idées d’exercices. Puis je continue ensuite en autonomie. Et si besoin de nouvelles idées je reprends un abonnement pour quelques mois ! Je recommande
Topissime
Toujours le cordonnier le plus mal chaussé, ancien joueur pro de hockey sur glace , aujourd’hui préparateur physique. Des discopathies à tous les étages lombaire, ce site m’a été conseillé par un ami médecin de la clinique du sport de merignac, qui lui aussi l’utilise tous les jours ! Le top ! Le dos va de mieux en mieux, avec le camembert hyper ludique et motivant pour valider une Belle semaine d exos , et voir la progression ! Le top pour moi , des séances qui vont de 7 à 20 mn max donc ultra facile à caser dans une journée, et parfois on peut répéter et moduler plusieurs fois par jour pour scorer dans le camembert ! Vert pour l’étirement, bleu pour le renfort musculaire 💪👍 Merci à tous On lache pas !!!💪
Parfait pour rester actif quotidiennement
Je n’ai pas forcément de vrais problèmes de dos… mais étant très souvent assise (avec mon travail) elle me permet de rester en mouvement quotidiennement. Surtout que ça reste des mouvements très simples. Je recommande vraiment cette application, merci Doado ! 🤸♀️💫

Bien mais où sont les kinés?
« Il n’y a pas d’exercices de rééducation à faire lors de la crise douloureuse du dos » C’est aberrant. Est ce qu’il y a des kinés dans votre équipe de doado ? Mc Kenzie, gainage, planches…
