This app used to work great. Now you can’t join, or save details. Means every time you use it you have to add your details and card info. Takes too long. Come on Dockyard, make it easier for people to order and you’ll make more profit. No brainer.

It asked for update and I did, then I can never login again, always said Connection Error! I tried to register again, same thing! I tried to delete the app and download again, same thing!

they said my app is an old version but actually updated one. lucky i checked. next time probably skip the app and order from counter. whoever made this app had not tested enough

Couldn’t pay with Apple Pay via Amex, only worked with my HSBC MasterCard. After ordering, nothing came. Had to walk over to the food stall to chase which defeats the whole purpose of this app. What a shame.

I bought and paid for the food via the app. Waited 45min and I chased and they said it is coming. Waited another 15min and when to cashier and they send they never received the order. I showed them the payment in my app and they said a problem in the system. Waited an 1 hour for nothing!!!!!

點個餐都要攞個人資料register又煩又多事

this app UI is so not user friendly and even the apple pay button is not working. how can this even on app store for a not working app?!

fix the applepay button plz
