Susah mendownload course
Kenapa susah sekali ya mendownload , udh saya tekan download berulang kali masih tetap belum terdownload di vault saya
Ribet
Ketika ada Simposium dan Workshop di docquity malah jadi ribet. Padahal kalau webinar tinggal klik link-nya saja, kalau docquity malah jadi ribet. Ditambah lagi jika ada perubahan nomor hp solusinya disuruh buat akun baru. Aneh. Dimana-mana juga kalau ada perubahan data apa pun itu termasuk nomor hp ya seharusnya bisa.
Landscape mode for ipad
Aplikasi dg konten yg bagus. Mohon klw bisa ada landscape mode utk ipad. ThQ
platform yg terburuk dibanding platform lain
Platform Docquity adalah yg terburuk dibanding platform lain karena (1) sangat berat, menuntut internet yg stabil; (2) webinar tdk bisa ditonton ulang secara selektif (lompat ke bagian tertentu seperti youtube); (3) sering crash keluar sendiri bahkan utk device iphone. Sangat tdk cocok utk dokter2 di pedalaman. Kurang berkeadilan utk dokter2 di pedalaman. Kami sangat susah sinyal internet. Platform ini sangat sombong mementingkan sinyal yg stabil & cepat. Bahkan re-run menonton webinar pun masih dituntut sinyal yg stabil. Selalu crash dg sinyal yg lemah/tdk stabil utk kami di pedalaman. Belajarlah dari platform lain yg bs mengatasi tetap stabil dg sinyal yg kurang kuat dan kurang stabil. Berikut platform lain yg sangat baik (berurutan) bs menyajikan layanan yg stabil dg sinyal internet yg tdk terlalu baik. 1. Webex 2. Youtube 3. Zoom 4. D2D (sedikit lebih baik/stabil dibanding Docquity) 5. Docquity (sangat buruk)
