The guy who has come to take sample was not polite and behave as if he is doing some charity to me Not sure whether he had used fresh needle or old one as he had not opened seal in front of me The skin from Where sample was taken had turned dark maroon colour and still paining Reports also seems to be incorrect I’m a vegetarian and never eat any junk food, fried food and hardly have food at restaurants however doctor C report shows my triglycerides as 430 which was never before when I got tested through other diagnostic centers

Good experience

After doing fast from morning till afternoon their so called technician cancelled the booking and not picking up the call also after that once he pick up the calll and told me that my bike got puncture that’s why I am not able to come I told just fix it and come then he told I am not coming today reschedule it for tomorrow, try not to take their service.

My experience with doctor is nit effective . Its good for the test and consultancy but for the medicine delivery with this app is vry bad.i booked medicine on sunday i ecpected the delivery for the same day or next day , but i dnt recieved medicine so after time i called customer support executive and i asked for the reson y it happend so but the answer i recieved from executive made me to write this review and it took my anger point to the peak . She said me to call customer support before ordering medicine for the estimated delivery date she didnt even knw when to customer executive is any call customer executive before ordering or to knw the delivery date .i dnt knw how to take her answer i feel funny too. I prefer that not order medicine from doctoe c , its such waste app and waste customer
